Energy Body Method™ provides online health, fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching services, including personalized programs, group education, and related digital resources.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and members of our website and programs.

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for or participate in any coaching or program offered by Energy Body Method™. By using our website or enrolling in a program, you confirm that:

• You are legally able to enter a binding contract, and
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

Energy Body Method™ provides educational and coaching services only. We are not a medical organization and do not provide medical, nutritional, or psychological advice.

You understand and agree that:

• All recommendations (including fitness, nutrition, and mindset strategies) are for informational purposes only.
• You should consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet, exercise, or lifestyle program.
• You assume full responsibility for your own health, fitness, and results.

If you experience any pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop immediately and consult a medical professional.

Our programs are designed to help you make measurable progress when you follow the process. However, results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and personal factors.

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., "lose X lbs" or "earn X amount"), but we provide the systems, support, and accountability needed to help you achieve your goals.

Your success depends on your commitment and willingness to implement the strategies provided.

Our "Work-With-You" Results Guarantee means that if you actively participate, follow your plan, and do not see measurable progress, we will continue working with you - at no additional cost - until you do.

To qualify, you must:

• Attend scheduled coaching calls or check-ins
• Follow your assigned nutrition and training plan
• Communicate honestly and promptly with your coach
• Track progress as instructed

Failure to engage or complete the agreed-upon steps will void this guarantee.

All payments for coaching, courses, or digital products are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in a payment plan.

Refund Policy:

Because our programs involve digital delivery, personalized strategy, and time investment, all sales are final.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of documented emergencies.

If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise arranged and confirmed in writing.

By joining our programs, community spaces (including Skool), or online groups, you agree to:

• Be respectful, encouraging, and professional toward other members.
• Avoid hate speech, harassment, or spam of any kind.
• Keep shared materials and strategies confidential - for your personal use only.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community or program without refund if their behavior disrupts the experience or violates these Terms.

All materials provided by Energy Body Method™ - including training plans, PDFs, videos, course content, and digital resources - are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any content without our written permission.

All trademarks, logos, and branding remain the exclusive property of Energy Body Method™.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Energy Body Method™ and its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our programs.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages related to your use of our services.

Your use of our website and coaching is at your own risk.

Energy Body Method™ is the business and sender of all text messages sent through our programs and forms.

Where you check the corresponding consent box, we may send you: marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates; and/or non-marketing text messages about appointment reminders, coaching communications, and other service-related messages.

• SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your phone number and SMS consent data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://energybodymethod.com/privacy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in/consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

By using our website or applying for coaching, you agree to the terms of that policy.

If you book a 1:1 call, you are responsible for showing up on time.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled call may not be rescheduled.
• We reserve the right to reschedule calls due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

We may terminate your access to any program or service at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the system, or fail to make required payments.

You may terminate your participation at any time, though no refunds will be issued.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.

Continued use of our website or programs after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States (or your country of residence, where applicable).

Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction where Energy Body Method™ operates.
